5.3 VIP Program

The gdb99 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play. gdb99 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 Gaming Environment

All games available on gdb99 — cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and others — are operated in accordance with specific rules and result-display methods. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game lobby or in the guidelines of the relevant software provider.

6.2 Bet Outcomes and Disputes

The outcome of all bets will be considered final once the relevant event or game round has been completed and the result has been recorded.
